Who can sell on Hungry Hop?
Home chefs, artisan food makers, food trucks, restaurants, and other eligible food businesses can sell on Hungry Hop, subject to applicable permits and local requirements.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You choose the prices for the products or dishes you sell through your Hungry Hop storefront.
What fulfillment options can I offer?
Depending on your business and setup, you can offer options such as pickup, dine-in, local delivery, and shipping. Service timing and pricing can be managed from your seller account.
Can I control my menu and availability?
Yes. You can manage your menu and control the availability of individual items from your seller administration panel.
How do I get paid?
Payments are connected through Stripe. Seller payments are sent to the connected Stripe account after an order is completed.
Do I need a food seller permit?
You must meet the food-safety, permit, and regulatory requirements that apply to your business and location. A valid food seller permit is required where applicable.
Can I offer discounts or promotions?
Yes. Discounts and promotional offers can be configured from the seller administration panel.
Can Hungry Hop help me set up my store?
