Does Hungry Hop replace my restaurant website or POS?
Hungry Hop can be used as an additional marketplace storefront alongside the channels you already use. Your restaurant remains in control of its own operations.
Can I set my own menu, prices, and availability?
Yes. Sellers set their own prices and can control menu and item availability from the seller administration panel.
What fulfillment options can I offer?
Hungry Hop supports pickup, dine-in, local delivery, and shipping. Choose the options that fit your restaurant; local delivery is provided by the seller.
Can I run discounts or promotions?
Yes. Hungry Hop provides options to set discounts and promotions in the seller administration panel.
How do restaurant payouts work?
Seller payments are sent through the Stripe account connected to the Hungry Hop seller profile according to the platform’s payout process.
How do Hungry Hop fees work?
There is no listing fee. Marketplace commission is tiered from 4% to 12% based on rolling annual gross revenue, and a 3.5% payment-processing charge applies. Tips go directly to sellers without deductions.
